My wife runs the volunteer program at the animal shelter.
She always volunteers to do the vet trips for them. Mostly to get away from me so I’m doing my part too.
This poor guy had to have 13 teeth removed today.
Doing ok but send some good vibes his way as he heals.

No. I could not Orange Pill them. It’s my own weakness. BTC at $16K & I tried very hard.
We’re really close with the woman who runs the entire show there. Amazing person.
They’re building a new shelter too & I backed off on my push to get them to put at least 10% into BTC. By now they’d have enough to break ground if I was successful.
Why they take his teeth?
Stray that just came in recently. Happens a lot. Rotten teeth & medical issues. Removal is best for their health.

The struggle is real. They are technologically challenged & extremely risk averse.
I agree though. Animal shelters are the absolute best places to donate. Forget the big charity scam shit. Stay local. They need people to volunteer & money/donations to run daily.
It would also be verified as legit, cos I think you could have a scenario of a scammer stealing a real place's insta posts or something.
But yeah, it's not an easy thing to set up coming from zero knowledge of wallets and all the other nostr stuff we've all got used to or used to via bitcoin stuff before.
(I am far from an expert or anything lol).
