Good luck on your journey! Not too long ago I switched to matcha. It has caffeine, but the side effects and crash aren't as intense. I've noticed an improvement in digestion, skin clarity, and positive feelings from switching. Also, switching to matcha made it easier to reduce my caffeine consumption because it reduced my codependency. I don't feel like I have to drink it everyday and I definitely don't drink it multiple times a day. Matcha has been great and I always recommend it to people who want to transition out of caffeine but still love the ritual of making a tasty drink that gives them that little boost in the morning. β₯οΈ

Do you drink matcha daily?
Almost everyday but it just depends on how I feel. I don't drink the standard cup of coffee anymore.
Thank you, nostr:nprofile1qqsrrn87jxw5xvjrgdpe4kp8t59xh52tmetfcww8e2g6qqy6g6ypghgpr9mhxue69uhhyetvv9ujuumwdae8gtnnda3kjctv9ux0evf6! Super appreciate that. Replaced this morning cup with an hour whole body dumbella workout and a capsule of resveratrol which has 500mg green tea, I am assuming caffeinated then. I've been wanting to take this but have not wanted to over caffeinated myself when I also have coffee so today it worked out.
I appreciate the macha suggestion, unfortunately my body appears to have an auto immune response to it. So it is not really AIP (autoimmune Paleo) protocol approved. A lot of super foods don't work for people with autoimmune issues which is a lot on our day and age. ππ«Άπ»π«π
