As Warren Buffet says, he won the lottery being born in the USA. Even a 'loser' here has advantages that most people around the world do not.
You want to see a real rags to riches story. Look up the guys who make it out of the slums of Mumbai, who grew up eating garbage and drank bacteria laden water, and somehow still rose out of that.
But while these stories are great and inspiring, they are the 0.0001%. Most of the people born in those unfortunate circumstances will not make it out. Most will never know what having a full belly means. Most will not escape the daily violence and gang threats.
