I’ve always been in pretty good shape, not a fat fuck or anything, but tbh i don’t think i’ve ever done 100 pushups in one day in my life 😭

💯 Start anywhere add more and keep adding until the day that is tough and that day spread them sets more with less repetitions but still do your 100 you got whole 24h
