Yes, but at this point there arent any alternatives. There have been attempts, but they’ve all failed.

They have failed as a mass marketed product, but as sovereign products that get the job done I think they are fine?

Also if you have an android phone you can make it sovereign your self

I’m not sure having a few thousand tinkerers and advocates is enough, but I see what you mean.

GrapheneOS is great. It's easy to be a lot freer than most without giving up your devices.
