my biggest takeaway from many was that you cant really neglect one form of excercise for another if longrvity is the goal. Maybe I will look good with my strong lean muscles. But I cant imagine how I would feel 30yrs down the line if I ignore cardio. Its easy to rationalise away the need and just do your favorite ways of training because there's time....until there isnt I guess😅🤡

- does a splendid job giving you the minimum effective doses to have a maximum health span
- gives sound training advice
- unfortunatly we should all do strengthwork AND Cardio AND HIIT. So there's something you dont like to do for everyone 😅
- interesting perspective from a medical practioneer, which for some folks might be the tristworthy source compared to fitness bro science 🤷♂️
- deals with the big killers heartdesease, cancer, stroke, diabetus, alzheimer & obesety
