replace the fans with quieter ones. I bought my S9 with quiet fans already installed. I can run it full tilt in my living space without it being loud.
Just replaced the fans on this bad boy and using it to heat up the house since it's chilly in the UK.
Under-clocked it so it runs quieter at 56 decibels vs the usual 76 decibels when it run fast and hot.

I couldn't sell them as cheap since I'd have to buy them, test them, flash braiins on them, test them again, source fans and install them, then test them. My time isn't cheap.
