Not out, but definitely closer. Having less mass to move incentivizes more movement. Trying to move my 375lb ass was just not gonna happen. Got to 280lbs with diet alone. 265lbs with slightly more movement. About to start lifting. It's all about the increments.

Congrats on your achievements!

A buck ten off your former weight is a huge motivator. nostr:npub1jlt6hd8mgc7wfwfs0qs49py6veupp8lrwnz0plwzyfk3az52k3aqga0wgc might be a good resource for you if you're looking at a carnivore diet. No carbs just meat (ruminant) plus some support with salt, electrolytes and H2O. It's a lifestyle change but once there, you'll never go back to the SAD (standard American diet). Weight literally melts off - no cheating tho.

And Mechanic is correct, movement is what keeps the joints and muscles lubed. Not to mention what it does for cognition. Balance.

Onward 💪

Spot on. I'd also mention that people often overthink the training process, which usually leads to them either never starting or giving up quickly.
