Tip: don’t look for someone with empathy but someone who rigorously tests their assumptions.
Hello nostr:npub10pensatlcfwktnvjjw2dtem38n6rvw8g6fv73h84cuacxn4c28eqyfn34f and
Over at Plebeian I'm looking for a UX guy with a proven track record
The emphasis is on UX not design
Looking for someone with a bucket load of empathy and understanding for the users journey and delivering the smoothest experience

I follow your line of thinking thankyou 🙏
Are both characteristics good?
The greater your empathy the more accurate your tests will be
I’ve done plenty of multi-variant testing before but don’t wish to use any tracking anymore
I'd say empathy gets you there faster, but only testing makes sure you're in the right place.
