There are strong young men and women in every generation. Every elder generation always thinks the newer generation is fucked for reasons. This is flawed thinking, the silent generation thought the boomers were soft, the boomers thought Gen X were soft, Gen X thought Millennials were soft, Millennials think Zoomers are soft and Zoomers will think Gen Alpha is soft.
Could it be be that weakening is part of the cycle of a fiat society until it collapses and a new one emerges? Narcissism (see Roman Empire) will be a lot harder to sustain under a Bitcoin standard. Because there will be consequences for bad behavior at all levels.

Correct. The tyrants and empire collapsed and now they are just part of and subsidized by the EU. Agree people are pretty chilled; however, easy to to do when public servants make 150k, pension at 55. All good.
