This is going to sound stupid but just stop. Use willpower. You might experience withdrawal symptoms but you are stronger than the substance. 💪

Replace the habit of smoking with a different healthier habit. Take a walk, meditate, do some pushups.

I started adding a daily walk to my routine. And I decided I’m gonna do it today, but I’m like what the fuck is gonna happen? Am I gonna like lose my mind for a bit? It’s been so long lol

From personal experience, it’s mainly feeling antsy and having no appetite. Feeling a bit lethargic. Might experience night sweats too, I know I did. But these are all normal when you stop daily use, the body is cleansing itself.

Yeah I feel antsy already 🤦‍♀️
