Replace the habit of smoking with a different healthier habit. Take a walk, meditate, do some pushups.

I started adding a daily walk to my routine. And I decided Iโ€™m gonna do it today, but Iโ€™m like what the fuck is gonna happen? Am I gonna like lose my mind for a bit? Itโ€™s been so long lol

From personal experience, itโ€™s mainly feeling antsy and having no appetite. Feeling a bit lethargic. Might experience night sweats too, I know I did. But these are all normal when you stop daily use, the body is cleansing itself.
