I’m above average…for a woman.

lol as a doc, what do you see? I just googled and apparently avg weight for a woman was 144 in 1970s. what is going on? seed oils and lack of movement? or?
As a doctor of common sense, I see a high carb/sugar diet as the main culprit.
true dat. and you have no idea how many carbs you're eating until you cut them out. I cycle carbs bc it feels ancestrally consistent and I feel my best.
Avoidance of exercise in favor of time efficiency and culture of over-eating…harder to over eat with meat due to 1) expense and 2) satiety. The stomach doesn’t let fat go quickly.
this is true. I also swear that cycling in and out of keto resets my leptin receptors if that's even a thing. my hunger seems to be based on actual need not any sort of cravings and I am full much more quickly.
But as far as what I see…I see a fair amount …less…detail goes down as thickness goes up…it’s true for all imaging modalities…ultrasound, CT, MRI, plain film, nuc med & PET, mammogram…
Newer imaging equipment generally have higher max table weight (500-600lbs, up from 400 lbs) and bigger bores for fatter people.
