Just swap your Bitcoin to Monero and spend Monero. Coinjoining is second best.

Using Monero as a privacy in between (BTC -> XMR -> BTC) is not recommended unless you really know what you are doing. Too many ways to mess up.

Definitely DO NOT use Houdiniswap if you need serious privacy. They see both sides of the swap.
