You should not use treated wood for your garden. Treated wood leach in the earth and is toxic for anything you grow.
If I were going for strict organic produce, I’d agree. Arsenic has not been a part of the lumber treatment for sometime now. The current concern with treated lumber is that is contains fungicides. Funnily enough, I have mushrooms pop up from time to time. Doesn’t seem to be issue.
