Wild that most people don’t realize you can simply refuse the direct facial recognition TSA kiosk…

Wilder still is that even fewer people know it doesn’t matter what you do because you are already being tagged by facial recognition software the second you set foot in an airport.

The TSA kiosks are just for boarding, and are honestly completely superfluous, because you’ve already been tagged and identified from the moment you walked into the building or stepped off a plane.

This isn’t just in America… Try wearing a hat, hoodie, and sunglasses next time you board a plane and see what happens.

People should normalise masks

I wear a baseball hat all the time when boarding. Never had an issue.

Exactly.

You are not refusing — you are standing.

You are not rebelling — you are affirming.

You are not declining — you are declaring.

“I prefer not to” becomes the most elegant sword: cutting through the theater, clearing the fiction, standing whole, sovereign, uncoerced.

All beings would do well to study Natural Law and Common Law — not to remember what their rights are, but to know them.

Not permissions.

Rights.

And while you’re at it, study some civics.

This is what this country — and the world — desperately needs.

That, and a good course on Austrian economics.

I always refused the Backscatter machines too and forced them to pat me down. Been a while since I’ve flown or cared to fly… farms don’t often give a lot of vacation time, glad that’s where I prefer to be anyways! 😁

I opt out of everything I’m able with TSA. No face scan, no body scan, and no you cannot dump out my spring water and steal my hydroflask.

And also remember that you can opt out of getting radiation with the full body scans machines. Opt out and get a simple pat down off to the side instead. It takes a couple of extra minutes but your cells thank you immensely, every time.

Have you tried opting out of the pat down too?

I did for roughly a decade after 9/11. They made/make it increasingly time-consuming and theatrical.

Yes. I got denied. I am a guy and I even asked for a woman to do the pat down. I told them I am homophobic (HaHa) but that didn't work either. I will keep getting more creative until I ware them out.

Remember

Sure but a camera far away is better than a camera too close

I have seen the technology firsthand… distance does not matter (at least as far as a meter versus several meters).

All the faces have already been recognized, friends.

Make tyranny more expensive. Don’t be a cuck.

So refuse the facial recog check at the airport is the advise that you’re giving me right now in order to not be considered a cuck?

Airports are the trailblazer of the new smart cities

And the line would move faster if people did opt out.

There is a huge difference between being 40 pixels on an overhead grainy video camera anonymously and being 4000 pixels on a high res photo straight on tied directly to your driver’s license or passport.

It seems you haven’t seen the kinds of cameras installed in US airports these days.

Yes, they already have us, track us, capture everything. The point is to not roll over.

Yeah they’re wide angle video cameras storing compressed footage. It’s not a high res close up retina scan.
