Yep. A lot of my future traffic will be Americans discussing sex work, esp escorts, because US Relays will become aware of SESTA/FOSTA and ban escorts from writing to their relays.
I, and my relay, are outside the USA.
What do I ban? Twats. I ban twats. Don't be a twat. :-) I will also bar writing if you post material which is illegal under UK law, but that's basically CSAM and "extreme porn". And, to be fair, that's a fairly narrow ban. Pretty sure 99% of bans will be "idiot".
The US maybe be strictest when it comes to piracy, but for censorship I would guess Europe (if we're not including places like China and whatnot).
For example:
