Calling business owners with mutiple employees-

I want to create a pension like system at my company. I take a percentage of revenue and buy bitcoin with it, then distribute 10% of that pool of bitcoin out annually as a bonus type of thing.

Thoughts, suggestions?

Anyone else doing something similar or have other ideas?

Maybe some business owners want to create a mastermind group? Have a video call everyone 2-3 months?
