Depends on what you're looking for.
I thought of 'broken money' as a very good starter book to gift. It manages to make a strong case for why bitcoin, while avoiding deeper concepts that normies won't want to read about.

Well it's not totally bitcoin but Broken Money is my favorite.
Saifedean's Principles of Economics as an entry door to Austrian Economics. From there choose your fighter: Pope, Rothbard, Mises, Hayek etc.
