How do you keep your ego in check, and how man times did it die, nostr:nprofile1qqsfrjd9ux5hgsg5cmlz6cdwfh5zv2024g8m2t6g9zqf83l8uqm0svspp4mhxue69uhkummn9ekx7mqpr3mhxue69uhkummnw3ezucnfw33k76twv4ezuum0vd5kzmqpzfmhxue69uhkummnw3ezu7nzvshxweczwanqt ?

My ego just died for good. There's always a seed left to creep out once in a while but I kill it fast, before it kills me.
Time is too scarce to pretend we’ve got all the answers. It’s better to face reality and cut through nonsense as fast as possible.
Died so many times that it’s now on life support—alive but not in charge.
I think the first step is noticing the most common ways you fuk yourself. Self sabotage, yes, but how ?
Grandiose ideas give false superiority? Try humbling via deep conversations with homeless people (those not having fun & without BTC)
Shy inaction giving imposter syndrome? Try ambition via low stakes social games like cards against/for humanity.
The hardest part about ego death is it only happens when you’re ready for it. No shortcuts, no tricks, no games. The first ego death is externally “forced” upon you via a dark night of the soul, from your higher self. But after that, the next times are up to you, cuz now you have the experience to know, you can come out higher than you were.
So it has to die as many times as necessary for your evolution, until you no longer hold onto that metric.
conversations with homeless people make you realize with how much more complexity they are dealing with, compared to average homemore person
The ego never truly dies, it only ever retreats for a little while.
The aim isn't to kill it but to link it up with the higher mind via your heart connection.
Then it doesn't feel so disconnected & fearful.
The way forward is integration, not seperation.
