You think Peterson really gets Bitcoin?

I don't, as he didn't put in the effort to understand it from first principles. He has to take bitcoiner's word for it all, and thus he is understandably skeptical (too good to be true, etc).
He was close, but he's highly invested in the fiat world.
The podcast with peterson and the bitcoin book club is still my favorite podcast. I was orange pilled because of that podcast and the bitcoin standard. I left the fiat standard and havent looked back.

When you, Breedlove, and Vallis spoke with him he started to get it. But you are correct, he needs to put in the work himself of asking questions and trying to punch holes in the Bitcoin thesis. Until he does that and satisfies himself, he won’t grok it.
