creatine loading probably isn’t necessary. it’s something that gets talked about by supp companies and guys who tren hard everyday, but for a good majority of lifters, it isn’t necessary.

I figured as much, but I'd kinda use it to gain something out.

I still have some belly fat that I'd like to get rid to let the abs shine. I figure, the bigger the muscles, the more energy they consume, the quicker the belly fat goes away. Loading up on creatine should help gaining muscles, helping me achieve what I want.

Does it make sense?

I'm asking humbly and honesly ☺️

what you’re saying makes sense. i’m not sure creatine will do what you want, however. creatine helps you get extra reps in the gym, which obviously helps with muscle growth. but as far as loading creating to get gains/burn fat quicker, it’s best to temper your expectations a bit. best way to shed that belly fat? cardio and calorie counting unfortunately. always remember: strength is made in the gym, aesthetics are made in the kitchen. by all means, look all this stuff up and decide for yourself. loading creatine won’t hurt you, and if you feel better by doing that, fuckin go for it dude. it’s all about what’s gonna get you/keep you in the gym. i’m just letting you know that the supp industry is mostly trying to sell you something. always helpful to remember. good luck my friend! 🤙🏼

Thanks! I'll have to read a few articles before I decide, but I think either I'll stick with a limited intake (3-5 gr/day until I run out the one that I bought a while ago) or let it go to waste.

Gold also to remember that companies are gonna company, wise advice 🫂
