I'm less interested in scientific studies backed by corporations, than holistic theories taught by sages.

Science has been co-opted by profit seeking corporations. Ayurveda principles cannot be corrupted. Ayurveda and holistic medicine will prevail. βœ¨πŸ™

How long has this been your field of study?

About 30 years. I started with yoga and that led to Ayurveda. Two very deep rabbit holes. I was fortunate to stumble upon amazing teachers. There's so much more to discover. βœ¨πŸ™

Nice! Few are lucky enough to have found their purpose early on. It gives you a chance to master your craft in the same way. I've bookmarked your site and will check it out over the weekend.

I turn 60 next week, so not sure if I found this early in my life.😜 But the combination of yoga and Ayurveda have helped me to attain a level of self awareness which is the key to preventing disease.

Early on, I was dissatisfied with allopathic, reactionary, compartmentalized methods of dealing with health. Ayurveda made sense intuitively and I could test it on myself.

My yoga teachers discussed utilizing the movement of energy in the body and understanding the nature of the mind as a means to feeling balanced. So I already had a deep understanding of these foundational principles before my first Ayurveda class. Ayurveda blew my mind.

I enjoy sharing this with people βœ¨πŸ™

Knowing that through surrender, through inquiry, and through service, the wise sages who have seen the truth, will impart that knowledge to you ...
