what kind of sauces if you dont mind me
asking?
Tumeric ,dille, onion ,taragon vinegar oil sugar
Pretty much make it like mayo stir all ingredients except oil then drop by drop at oil while stirring to emulsify
Its pretty good
Thats from a old note for something we call american sauce even tho it doesnt exist in america.
But also great in cream sauces with fish 🤌
