How do you make it creamy?

The eggs? Farm fresh, soft yolks that are silky smooth dripping over the sweet potato hash.

I live in town but grow my own sweet potatoes and now have 6 of our chickens that are producing some of the best eggs I’ve ever eaten!

I have a spiral cutting tool that cuts them into long strands a bit like spaghetti. Makes making the hash easy.
