Short answer is secular Buddhism and developing a sitting practice.
Better answer is Tara Brach, I think Radical Acceptance is the book that dives into her coined RAIN technique. It’s decent if you prefer books.
She has a podcast too that I think is quite approachable.
If you prefer non-spiritual then Kristen Neff is a good start
