You'd have to put up an XNO address or whatever to receive anything, just like you have to put up a lightning address.

A small but not insignificant hurdle.

Excellent point. I'm not gonna bother doing it. I bet most would rather have an LN address. Bitcoin's network effects have already infiltrated nostr apparently. Thank goodness.
