As a sort of common law country lawyer, I think other common law country courts have gone completely fucking insane and I don't understand them. That said, in what reality do you get to publish an open source piece of software and then later sue for its misuse? Can some lawyer from this clown world tell me what the best case scenario for all these faketoshi's is?
