I think it works! I haven’t had any afternoon crashes in the past few days.

This seems like a wise thing. Though, how are those first 90 minutes? It’s hard to get started on anything with out that coffee!
I do some pushups first thing in the morning. This pumps my heart enough to stop feeling sleepy.
Good move. I’m laughing because I can usually cram in 20 pushups, 20 squats, and 20 curl ups while my water boils for my pour over. I’ll have to extend my workout if I wait for coffee longer. Not a bad thing.
Ah, well, I do the other “morning routine” things, so I don’t think about coffee before its time comes.
