I've got a friend asking me how they can buy XRP in the US. Anyone have suggestions? (Yes I already warned them, and yes they already do hold bitcoin)
If they really want to buy it, these are not the prices to do so. Wait for <0.25c.
Uphold may be an option IIRC.

I use that primarily. But with the added context, I would advise them to exercise caution here unless they are willing to hold in draw-down, which most people aren't and they sell at a loss because they haven't learned patience in the markets.
