Anybody working on a NIP for sending Cashu ecash via Nostr?

This isn't maybe the best way (hence no NIP) but the most simple way is to DM ecash directly but it could use some proper encoding!
The advantage of using DMs is that the privacy by blending in. For cases where that isn't necessary, a seperate event type could be used (I propose event type nr `3338`)
Could you elaborate? Maybe user profiles could be configured to only accept cashu from trusted mints, if that's the issue?
Could be an option but that's up to the receiving user, no? Does it need to be communicated to everyone?
Right now you can use nutstash.app or the Python wallet to send ecash via DMs (send2nostr). It will pop up in your DMs and when you open your wallet, you'll see ecash in your inbox.
Try it with nutstash, it's very very cool!
it would be nice to have a designated kind for cashu communication in general that does not distinguish from the internal content. for challenges and proofs instead of a json api where proving malicious conduct or abandoning the session is hard to prove by the wronged side. the relays wouldn't have to keep those events for long like 30 days tops is enough for anyone to grab them who is interested in specific events.
