Unironically don't take it. The baby stuff is brutal but once that levels out (1 year old) then you'll think more clearly and get to embrace new challenges like actually getting a toddler to go to sleep before midnight....

Tldr. Magnesium can be skipped. Focus on getting whatever rest you can, when you can. And high-five dad. You're both doing great!

I sleep fairly well I’ve just heard that magnesium can be good for blood pressure!

I'm not doc. Just Doug, so maybe I have bad opinions! I always say for blood pressure, just make sure you have a good workout program with a heavy dose of meditation and stretching.
