keeping blood sugar under control means not eating food full of starch, maltodextrin, and respecting your kidneys and not consuming nephrotoxic substances like sucralose and acesulfame-k

fibre is only helpful if your intestines are finding irritation in the shit you put in there

if you can't have solid, happy, odorless stool without a shit-ton of fibre that may mean your food is TOXIC

can elaborate/point me to the nephrotoxins... those are artificial sweeteners right?

yes, they cause damage to the kidneys, and when your kidneys are damaged you get a lot of the symptoms associated with type 2 diabetes

i'm not sure exactly which of them but i know that the big trigger for me, caused tinnitis, double vision, cramps, muscle weakness, after drinking Monster with Sucralose and Acesulfame-K (potassium)

i'm fairly sure that a lot of the artificial sweetners are toxic to the kidneys

damage or blockage? is the metric, gfr?
