The only zaps argument is a funny one. In its essence it helps onboard people who don’t understand bitcoin to start collecting sats. I’m not a gamer
 but you can think of it like a video game that gives you game specific tokens for doing something cool. The major difference is you’re getting tipped in a hard asset that shows how valuable your content is.

 I like having the ability to like (đŸŒ») repost and comment but I LOOOOOVE being able to zap. Which is why Nostr is awesome. I can thank people in real time with micropayments that can help them in a crunch or even start saving in sats.

Nostr actually keeps you from being poor because of sats gaining value exponentially. The Price of Tomorrow is a great book that explains the essence of #nostr perfectly
 it was written before Nostr was a thing so it takes some inferring but it makes a strong point.

Some people want only zaps because it’s real value being traded for real value. Some clients allow it and others don’t so you gotta pick the client that’s for you.
