Hey Luke, off topic from this post, but does the spam movement have anything to do with BIS (Bank of International Settlements) trying to "grade" or mark bitcoin / sats? I'm trying to gather more info about it, but I don't understand enough on the technical level.

Could increasing op_return make it easier to stamp or grade or remove fungibility of bitcoin / sats?
