Lol. I always love it when so called maxis come forward lecturing me on Bitcoin maximalism telling me, a 15 year Bitcoin veteran, about their shitcoin escapades while the only thing I constantly remind them of is self-custoding Bitcoin and using Monero.

A family member swears up and down that I would always talk to them about Bitcoin back around 2009, but I have zero memory of that lol.
I can only remember it coming on my radar in 2013, but I don't think I really understood it/got into it until many years after that.

It was probably a "neat" passing interest kind of thing to me at the time that I read about somewhere. Then I went on with my life and forgot about it. I didn't actually own any Bitcoin or really understand it until about a decade later. I missed the blocksize wars and everything.
So I don't really consider myself OG 😅
