The rules are simple:

1) The highest zap on this note will win the prize free of any other charges

2) Getting out zapped means that you lose your ticket for victory *and* your zap.

3) To qualify his zap, the zapper must boost the note

4) winner will be declared when we reach the selected blockheight

This is a dangerous game but can be extremely rewarding. The first zapper could get an item for as few as 1 sats.

Having to supply a new max bid is a great idea. It really makes it risky for the bidder and more fun. And the winner is obvious in the list of zaps.
