I think they print money and sell bonds (then you watch the wheels turn as he realizes selling bonds makes money, so if we print money AND sell bonds who's selling money to whom? It's like it's completely illiterate as to how money works. Maybe he's secretly trans and got his position from that? I don't know. Pretty clueless for someone who's an economic advisor.
