As winter encroaches in many parts of Australia, I'm dreaming of the beach vibes

Never been to Oz, but it has long loomed in my imagination.
It evokes a weird feeling being Canadian; it's bizarro Canada in terms of climate and culture, both more American and more British and more self-confident and self-defined than us, who are constantly vacillating between the two poles of culture.
Anyways, I've watched this Tame Impala live session so many times, and if I ever go to Oz, this is the vibe I'm after.
Was a very mild summer too, I didn't notice much silly-season behavior. The only hot air seemed to come from Canberra
Oof, does that mean you're over in Vic? We had some pretty deec warm days in Adelaide š«
In Perth, but I blame all hot air on A.C.T. It was definitely hot here but there was only one heat wave and no summer storms... not that I'm complaining, it just didn't feel like a summer of old where you can feel the temperature driven mass insanity in the air.
And I'm pretty sure to live in Vic you need to meet all of the following prerequisites:
- dyed underarm air (especially women)
- using horoscopes to determine all actions
- supporting an AFL team
- voting for The Greens
Definitely feeling that today!
