I owe a couple hundred bucks in state taxes from 2023 and that's why I can't renew my license. Tried calling the state dept of revenue and they can't tell me how much I owe, nor how to pay it. The clowns are running the show.

It might seem like incompetence at the leaf nodes, but somehow the system always finds solutions for its own. You can use AI to dissolve some of the bullshit though. There are often poorly documented / understood ways to leverage the rules
