1: potatoes 🍟
2: white bread 🥖
3: cold breakfast cereal 🥣
4: dark bread 🍞
5: orange juice 🧃
6: banana 🍌
7: white rice 🍚
8: pizza 🍕
9: pasta 🍝
10: muffins 🧁
bananas and dates are pretty good for early morning pre-run fuel.
but the rest of this list is a hard pass for me
