Whoa, pickled horseradish?? Whatβs that like? Is it tame enough to eat straight, or is it only a condiment?
It is reportedly so potent that the safety instructions are to "wear goggles and a mask" and some sources specifically say to wear a gasmask. It also has to be processed within minutes to avoid it getting bitter. Sounds like fun! ππ
