My relays don't keep logs but if I wanted to I could live watch everyone's IP from the terminal.

Of course I don't care to do this, but if you care about your privacy, you should use a VPN before connecting to mine or any other relay.

What about using Orbot with #Nostr clients that offer an inbuilt mechanism of doing that like #Amethyst? Does any other client offer support, nostr:npub1utx00neqgqln72j22kej3ux7803c2k986henvvha4thuwfkper4s7r50e8? Or just any good device-wise vpn does the job?

You can use #asknostr hashtag for any questions you have. Might get better engagement that way.
