Wants and needs are not the same. Sad truth π
The convos on here invariably are like
Men: Yay, prenup! We want prenup! π₯³
Me: Oh, I agree. π§ Okay, here's what I would want included in a prenup...
Men:

i think making a contract is a great idea and my first point would be "taxation is theft" not registering anything with the government, unless it's impossible otherwise
Sorry thatβs prohibited by law π
not by Law, however
I share the sentiment
Well, by Law, you should be giving voluntarily. π
Although, probably to different institutions. Tithes and charity and things.
Voluntary means I choose, and God knows I do give plenty of my resources to worthy causes.
I already have talked endlessly about how the bulk of all religious organisations are rackets and cults.
Until we are freed from the domination of the god of this world I answer only to whom voluntarily contract with.
Any other obligation is a deal with the devil.
π I also think that prenup can be a good thing. If you sit down together and write down everything that makes up a life together in financial terms. What does everyone bring to the marriage, and I don't just mean financially, and what is this value worth to the partner. You discuss all this calmly and fairly and set the financial rules of the marriage. This should take place at eye level and together with a trustworthy mediator. It can be very liberating to fix everything at a time when you are affectionate and in love and there is no resentment involved. If you realize that this is not how you imagined your life together and that your mutual appreciation is not the same, you can draw the necessary conclusions BEFORE the marriage.
The face you make in a negotiation π
