It's really a disservice not to self tag NSFW content, as some of these egirls have valuable input to the user experience, like nostr:npub1lj7k87jwg7s0hnl20tjksv2qfhmz2v0rx9lhwx9e69pqllw7w64seyx6hf , But I mute anyone who posts porn who doesn't show that courtesy and miss out on their other posts.
Not only is it a disservice because people otherwise dismiss you as a person, it allows those who WANT that content to search it.

That's why there is Patreon, GoFundMe, plenty of other options. Onlyfans is bigger and far more successful, because people want porn. No matter how much the vocal prudes hate that fact. Porn didn't ruin Onlyfans brand, it made them what they are now. An industry giant. The people who think it was ruined are simply not their customers.
