Back to the question, ‘is it OK for a child to see’.. In defense of the image, the image itself does not contain any obvious sexual body parts or positions. To an unknowing child, it should look like a silly girl sucking someone’s head. They would likely think it’s funny because of completely different reasons. Because we as adults already know what the rest of that ‘other’ image is, and understand the sexual connotations, we instantly see it as porn related.
Would I show it to a child knowing what I know, no.
If a child happened to see it, would it technically break a law or be unethical?
I have to think more about this one, but my gut is that even approaching the line of showing porn to a child is ethically questionable. In other words, if I have to think too hard about it, it is probably not appropriate. I do agree if a young child saw this, they wouldnt realize it was sexual, but I'd prefer to be on the safe side. Maybe im old school, but thats my lean.
And if I need to wonder if it is illegal, related to showing porn to a child, Id lean not to show it. Im sure there will be examples that make me think more.

I realize it must, but im not sure I see a huge downside to being safe related to showing a child porn. In other words, if they dont see the questionable image, there isnt a huge loss to them imo
For me this decision is not tricky, I put everything in the 18+ category. I don’t show anything on nostr.build to minors.
But, If someone else uploads THIS image and shows it to minor, would that be illegal (violating my TOS), is where I think would get tricky.
Do you have an automated process or do these have to be flagged manually?
My contact info is on the website and ToS for anyone to report any content, issues, etc.
Since starting nostr.build I have not received a single issue or request to remove/hide any content. Some people were upset I took the 40GB of videos offline only.
What control do you have over that? And how would you know?
Just the typical control any business would have with ToS and reporting issues to me.. What prevents anyone from going to youporn and showing kids?
That was my point. I cant imagine how you could legitimately police that. Sounds like a job for parents.
