I went carnivore for a while and although a lot improved, I had issues with cramps and sleep. Then I went animal based as per nostr:npub14am887cf6kvwkce89nt7dsw3v9qrrn0uppxyvr6a2jd7xdwuwccqwnudp2 and feel my best. Worth a look.
