Oven roasted bones, water & salt.

I can't see why bone broth would need anything else 🤤

What do you add to your bone broth recipe?

Just salt & water. 🫂

Actually I add some vinegar to dissolve some of the minerals in the bones.

I simmer mine on the stove for 24 hrs & there's no vinegar taste left afterwards.

Ooooh interesting I might try that with this batch. ACV? What ratios?

Nah just use white vinegar.

About 1/3 cup for that little pot.

Just pour a bit in.

Garlic and onions

Simple is good😊

I roast a hand or two of garlic with the bones and add that to the pot - 1 slice across to expose every clove - no peeling bs

Usually an onion or two as well - quartered, not peeled

Sometimes a handful of thyme
