Why there are no simple apps on Google Play to upload files to an AWS S3 bucket without expecting me to give them permission to ALL THE FILES ON MY PHONE!

Graphene OS allows you to set permissions only for 1 file.
Regardless of the app used.

Found a way to share a file with Owlfiles from a different app, so it can upload only that file. But it's annoying that the app even asks me for global permissions.
