Is there any way to link my paid account to amethyst?

If you have nostr.build selected in Amethyst it will automatically link, when you upload something via Amethyst it will go to your account.

For 7min though I highly recommend compressing with Handbrake. It will get it down to a few megs.

Out of my 2 recommendations proton is simpler, and is on the play store. Ffshare is more complicated, but more powerful. It can be obtained from fdroid, out straight from GitHub. I've used both, and they work well.
